Why Golf Fitness?
Being stronger and more athletic will help you play better golf, reduce risk of injury, and make the game more enjoyable. Who doesn't like hitting it further and playing better?

At Peak Fit Coaching we're taking golf fitness and golf strength and conditioning to the next level. For too long golf Fitness has focused on mobility and balance, with the promise of making you a better golfer. But the reality is that golfers need to be strong and explosive. Mobility (although somewhat important, but not necessarily for your golf game), and balance won't improve your scores or make you hit the ball further, and that is what the current research proves.

We believe that what you measure can (and should) be tracked. That's how we can prove our methods work and are making you a more athletic golfer and human. Our golf fitness coaching consists of a pre-test to understand your specific strengths and weaknesses. This will allow us to programme a bespoke plan based on your needs and your progress will be tracked throughout.

How it Works
01
Physical Profiling Assessment
We conduct in-person and online testing depending on the package that you choose. Results from this are sent to you and if needed your coach also. From there we can design a bespoke programme which will work on the areas you need.

Training Programme
The 12 week training programme is then sent to you for you to follow. You will have online support throughout this to ensure you're getting the most from your training.

Post-test
You then have the option to perform a post-training test and see the improvements you have made. This is an optional step and not included in the training package but can be very useful for golfers to see how well they have progressed.
